Destination: Jesus

State-Line Motorcycle Ministry is a non-profit organization based in Greenville, South Carolina that shares the love of Jesus with our nation's bikers. We have a Godly board of directors and a motorcycle minister. We witness at bike rallies and bike runs. We hold Bible classes, sponsor retreats and host Sunday Bible Studies. Because where most people see a frightening, intimidating biker, God sees a disciple.

The goal of State-Line Motorcycle Ministry is to introduce our nation's bikers to Jesus and lead them to local churches and Christian organizations, so their passion for Christ exceeds their passion for riding. We're here to create disciples on two wheels.

Myrtle Beach Rally

I got sick with the flu 2 days before we were to leave, and was sick in bed for a week. We could not go to the Myrtle Beach Rally this year.

Rolling Thunder Rally

We rode up with 2 friends on the day before the rally.  It was such a blessing to fellowship with them and get to know them better.

Wilton came with me to help, and he did a really good job. We had many opportunities to witness and the people took 90 % of all the literature that we had with us. I even overloaded the wagon this year, because of the great response we had last year.

We went through the plan of salvation with 4 people this year, but none of them made a salvation decision that we know of,  but we planted many seeds and know that God will make use of each one.

God Working

I received an email from Robert two weeks ago and he reminded us that we had given him a Bible at the Cherokee Rally two years ago.  It is wonderful how God works in people's lives. Here is the letter he sent me.

"Thank you so very much.
Well my friends call me Robby.I am turning 24 May 22nd.
I have been riding for 2 years now. When I received the bible
in Cherokee I was touching the thought of salvation cautiously.
Finding it is a special story to me. About a year ago myself and
my girlfriend (2 years together may 13th) were struck by a nasty
bit of influenza.I was bed ridden for about 36 hours
straight with high temperatures. I honestly felt so much pain
I thought I was on the last stretch of highway. I woke up soaked with
sweat. I had tunnel vision and the ceiling seemed to glow and I felt
just..very wierd. I didn't need anymore thought on the subject so it
seemed. At that moment I kinda murmured (because I really couldn't
speak due to the pain) "Jesus I believe that you died for
my sins. I need you in my life. I feel as though I am here for
a reason, please forgive me for what I have done all these
years. So the next morning I woke up feeling better. Ashley my
girlfriend was still sick so I did my best to take care of
her. I missed about a week of work to look after her.
So ultimately to answer your question...yes I proudly have Jesus
Christ in my heart. My past is a little dark.I was a satanist in my teen
years. I have an inverted pentagram on my left ankle, but it is my reminder
and I feel that I need to ask for forgiveness for that everyday."
