Daytona Bike Week

This year they moved Bike Week almost 2 weeks later which caused a problem with attendance. At the same time we had a good week as God blessed our efforts. Not only did we fill the wagon up with tracts and study material, we had a friend who was taking his car down and took several more cases of Bibles and tracts for us.

Out of 11 cases of material, we came back with 1/2 a case. What a blessing that so many bikers took tracts, Bibles, and study books. It shows us how hungry they are, saved and unsaved.

We lead Marcus from CA to Christ.  I called him two weeks later, and he was rejoicing about his salvation.  I have sent him a list of churches to attend and to pray about which one God will lead him to. He also has some books we gave him to help him learn more about what he did in Christ. I will keep him accountable and look forward to his growth. If I go to the Myrtle Beach Rally in May, I hope to see him there.

Gary spoke to a girl (Nubia) from CA who needed some encouragement about getting back into her church. I got to speak to Don about his growth in Christ as well. We witnessed to David and Mike while we were there. I believe God is working in their lives and hope one day they will get saved.

I will be riding to GA for a day trip to visit David in the next couple of months. Please make this a matter of prayer for his salvation

SLMM Banquet

Dear Friend of State-line Motorcycle Ministry,

I hope you have marked your calendar and are planning to attend the banquet on April 19, 6:30 p.m. at Heritage Bible Church.  We are working to have the best attendance ever.  With your help, we can do it. Glenn Taylor is planning a great program of testimonies from bikers whose lives have been impacted by the ministry.

We seek volunteers to help fill a table of 8.  That is not as hard as it sounds.  If a husband and wife attend, that means only three more couples are needed to fill a table.  Encourage those you invite to invite their friends.  We are especially interested in sharing the ministry with new folks.

Your presence will be a great encouragement and blessing to Glenn, so I look forward to hearing that you will first of all plan to attend and that you will work at inviting others and hosting a table.  You may email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call me at 864-236-7366.  Let’s fill those tables and reach our attendance goal of 300 people.  The Lord be praised!

Sincerely,

Geneva Anderson

Tony & Cat update

Tony is getting better each week from his heart attack.  Keep them in
prayer that they will keep with the decisions for Christ they made while in the hospital. They are saved, but were not living for God before the heart attack.

Bob did get his lower leg taken off and is healing fast. He is out of the hospital and doing well. He has started to attend a church in town. Pray that he will get saved and live for God.
