Chesnee Rally

Chesnee is just north of Spartanburg. The town hosts an antique rally once a year for two days. We go up to walk around and meet some of the bikers we know from Greenville and surrounding areas. This gives us a chance to witness to them and invite them to one of our outreaches.

We lost Our Building

  In July we lost the building we were meeting in for services. God provided this place for free, and all we had to do was pay for the electricity knowing that if the owner found a tenant to rent it one day, we would have to move. The good news is the owner put us in another place that actually is better than the one we have been meeting in. God continues to show Himself in a great way with us. Praise God.

Visit To Heritage Church

The bikers I have been ministering to went to Heritage Bible Church on 7/29/12 for the Sunday evening service. I took them there to visit a local church and to get to meet the people there as well as for all of us to take communion.  Before going over to HBC, I spent several weeks going over what communion is and how God wants us to partake of it. Heritage also had a fellowship with food and a great time for us to get to meet the people there and for them to get to know us.

After talking with my group the following week, I can say that they had a great time at HBC and look forward to attending again.

Once a month we go to a local church for the evening service so that the bikers can see what a local church is all about. I believe this will break the ice for them and the local church people.

1. Pray for Marcus to grow in God's grace and get grounded into a good church.
2. Brenda - salvation
3. Pray for Martin who got saved in May and needs to get grounded into a local church.
4. Pray for Carol who lost her husband. She has not done much since his death. She did attend our service for the first time last Sunday.
