Even as Christians, we need a daily renewal of our mind to maintain a healthy relationship with God. It is an ongoing effort to move away from sin to getting victory from that sin.

Whatever you do, don’t say "I can’t!" God does not put burdens on His people that they can’t do. God tells us here we will find rest in doing what He wants us to do.
