Rolling Thunder Rally

 

It was a good ride up to the rally in Washington D.C. on Friday. The rally started the next day and the rains came in the afternoon. Sunday it started to rain at about 1:00 pm and continued off and on until the evening. Even so, we had many opportunities to plant seeds and witness. We even had a self-identified atheist approach us who wanted to know more about Christ. While he did not get saved; he respectfully listened and took some books about salvation.

After the rally, I rode over to nearby Baltimore, MD to visit my mother and was caught in the rain and, as a result, got sick! I stayed sick until I returned home. What a ride!!

The Cherokee Rally was rained out, so I did not make the trip.

Prayer Requests

1. Kirk will come back to Greenville so we can disciple him
2. Raise much needed money towards our budget…we still need to raise $6,000.00
3. Steve to get back in fellowship with God
4. Pray that more bikers will attend our services
5. Pray for God to use us; there are many “one-day rallies” coming up in July & August

After all of these years of planting seeds and talking to local bikers, we have seen more and more visitors coming! Please pray that they will get saved and those who are saved will come regularly to grow closer to Christ
